The “Dog Days of Summer Photo Contest” is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older and those 18 or older with a valid Military I.D.
A reader must submit a photo of their pet enjoying Summer.
Contestants may enter the “Dog Days of Summer Photo Contest” contest online at clarksvillenow.com, by completing a Registration Form and submitting to the site one photo. The photo must be fitting of the contest theme. Photo submitted must be owned by the person submitting the entry. 5 Star Media has the right to determine, in its absolute discretion, what content is appropriate for the website and to reject and/or delete any material submitted which is determined to be inappropriate. Any photographs submitted to 5 Star Media will become the property of 5 Star Media and may be used in the future in any manner 5 Star Media sees fit. 5 Star Media has the final say of what content is appropriate for the website and this contest. Only one photo entry per person, and any entry on behalf of another or using another’s name or email is disqualified from winning any prize.
Listeners are required to provide their first and last name, date of birth, phone number, and email address in the online registration to be considered a complete registration. Submitting more than one entry per person each day will invalidate all entries by that contestant for that day. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize.
Images submitted must be owned by the person submitting the entry. No one else may have, or can claim, legal rights to the image. If there is a “minor” (a child or person under the age of 18) in this image, the entrant must certify that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of the minor (child or children) in the image. Any misrepresentation of ownership of the submitted image, or legal guardianship of the minor in the submitted image (if any), will be grounds for disqualification of the contest and potentially all future contests or promotions with Five Star Media Group. Entries containing inappropriate images will be disqualified. Five Star Media Group has final say of what content is appropriate for the website and has absolute discretion over the eligibility of an image entry. No indecent or obscene material, no content or material that is illegal, no material containing nudity or is sexually explicit, or by law, obscene profane or pornographic is permitted. By entering this contest, you are verifying that you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third-party ownership rights exist to the image. If the image contains people, by submitting such image you agree to have the rights necessary to consent or submit on behalf of those in the image.
At the end of the contest, one winner will be randomly drawn through the Aptivada Platform. The winner will be declared on Monday, August 15th, before 5PM, and receive the gift card valued at $200. Prize will be awarded Monday, August 15th, 2022 before 5PM and must be accepted within 24 hours. Prize must be claimed no later than 30 days after the contest ends. No purchase necessary. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 5 Star Media’s sole responsibility will be the award the prize. 5 Star Media shall have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize.
